The design of separate rails makes it possible to draw out the rails to  make adjustment freely, making it easy to operate. 

4、螺丝在滚筒内进行运动落斗，凡是未进入轨道的螺丝会进入下个循 环。 可调整工作速度大小，通过调整震动强度来改变速度，螺丝 到达取点位置 不会前后抖动而影响工作效率； 

Screws move with the roller and fall at the high position, the screws,  which did not enter the track, will move into the next cycle. The wor king speed can be adjusted by adjust the vibration strength, without  shaking the screw at the taking point; 

5、送料与振动驱动立控制，可设定延时停止时间，当非正常情况产 生时 , 螺丝机会启动故障报警功能，操作起来和其它螺丝机一样简 单；

6、当取出螺钉时，对螺钉头部位置，只要把批头放入批头导向处，顺 着 导向下滑，然后朝面前把螺钉拉出即可；
